Ingredients: 2 liters water, (1L per 100g pasta); salt; 2 packages La Moderna® rigatoni pasta; 1/2 red onions; 1 cup celery, chopped; 4 serrano chiles; 1 cucumber, with skin, diced; 4 carrots, diced; 3/4 cups baby corn; 4 cans canned tuna in water, drained; 3/4 cups mayonnaise, for the dressing; 1/4 cups sour cream, for the dressing; 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, for the dressing; 1/4 teaspoons salt, of celery, for the dressing; 1/4 teaspoons onion powder; 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder; 1/4 teaspoons pepper; salt

In a pot over medium heat, boil the water and cook the La Moderna® Spiral with a little salt, according to the package instructions. Drain, cool, and reserve. In a bowl, mix the onion with the celery, chili, cucumber, carrot, corn, tuna, and La Moderna® Spiral. Reserve.
