This pasta is perfect for taking anywhere! It’s made with beef meatballs and creamy pasta, thanks to McCormick® Mayonnaise giving the perfect touch to all your dishes.
1 jar McCormick® Tigres de Monterrey Mayonnaise, 725 grams, for serving
300 grams ground beef, for the meatballs
1/4 cups onion, finely chopped, for the meatballs
1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped, for the meatballs
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped, for the meatballs
2 tablespoons McCormick® Tigres de Monterrey Mayonnaise, for the meatballs
vegetable oil, for the meatballs
3 tablespoons butter, for the pasta
1 cup corn kernel, for the pasta
2 cups elbow pasta, cooked
1/2 cups sour cream, for the pasta
1/2 cups McCormick® Tigres de Monterrey Mayonnaise, for the pasta

Mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, and 2 tablespoons of McCormick® Tigres de Monterrey Mayonnaise in a bowl, incorporating evenly. Using your hands, form small meatballs, about bite-sized.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the meatballs for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
Heat the butter in a skillet over low heat, add the corn kernels, the pasta, and the cream, season with salt and pepper, and stir in McCormick® Tigres de Monterrey Mayonnaise, cooking for 3 minutes.
Serve the pasta along with the meatballs in a clean, empty McCormick® Tigres de Monterrey Mayonnaise jar. Enjoy this pasta at a picnic or take it to work!
