1 can Carnation® Clavel® lactose-free evaporated milk
1/2 cups Nestlé® lactose free half and half cream
1 tablespoon basil
1/2 tablespoons oregano
1 tablespoon margarine
salt
2 tablespoons panela cheese, lactose-free, grated
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1/2 cups tomato purée

Boil water in a small pot and add salt and spaghetti. Cook for about 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
For the sauce, roast the tomatoes, garlic, and onion on a griddle.
Blend the vegetables together with CARNATION® CLAVEL® Lactose-Free, the half cream, the puree, the basil, and the oregano.
Heat a pot over medium heat and melt the margarine. Add the sauce and once it comes to a boil, add the pasta. Cook for about 5 minutes, seasoning with salt.
Serve the pasta and garnish with chopped parsley and panela cheese.
