Preparation
Boil the water in a pot and add salt and spaghetti. Cook about 10 minutes or until "al dente". Drain and reserve.
For the sauce, roast the tomatoes, garlic and onion in a comal.
Blend the vegetables together with CARNATION® CLAVEL® Deslactosado, the half cream, the puree, the basil and the oregano.
Heat a pot over medium heat and melt the margarine. Add the sauce and once it is boiling, add the pasta. Cook around 5 minutes, season are salt.
Serve the pasta and serve with chopped parsley and panela cheese.
