Tuna, Capers, and Anchovies Pasta

  • 500 grams pasta, of your choice
  • 6 fish steaks, of anchovies
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 can tomatillo, crushed
  • 1 sprig basil, fresh
  • olive oil
  • salt, and pepper
  • 400 grams canned tuna
  • 2 cloves garlic

  • Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  • Heat a little oil in a saucepan and add the crushed garlic until golden.
  • Add the tomato to the saucepan and sauté for about 25 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  • Add the capers.
  • Chop the basil and add it as well. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
