Place a large pot with plenty of coarse salt to boil and cook the linguini in the boiling water for 7-10 minutes or according to the pasta instructions.
While the pasta is cooking, in a deep skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the shrimp, salt, and pepper and cook for 5 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink.
Remove from heat and add the parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, lemon slices, and chili. Mix well.
When the pasta is ready, drain and mix it with the sauce and shrimp, serve.
