Pasta with Broccoli and Chicken

2 cups chicken broth
2 chickens, breast
1/4 cups olive oil
1 broccoli, chopped
500 grams fusilli pasta
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
salt, to taste
1 red bell pepper

In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil and add the breasts. Cook for 10 minutes or until well cooked. Remove from heat and slice.
Bring water to a boil in a large pot with sea salt. Add the broccoli and cook until tender, approximately 3 minutes.
Mix the chicken with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and salt.
Remove the broccoli and drain. Add the pasta to the boiling water. Let it boil until al dente and drain.
In a large skillet, heat the remaining olive oil and sauté the garlic and broccoli for 2 minutes.
Add the chicken and pasta, mix, and let cook for 1 more minute. Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips and incorporate it.
Remove the garlic clove and add the Parmesan cheese. Mix and serve.
