Preparation
In a pot put the chicken broth to boil and add the chicken breasts. Cook for 10 minutes or until they are well cooked. Remove from heat and cut into strips.
Boil water in a large pot with sea salt. Add the broccoli and cook until cooked, approx. 3 minutes.
Mix the chicken with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and salt.
Remove the broccoli and strain. Add the pasta to the boiling water. Let it boil until it is al dente and strain.
In a large skillet heat the remaining olive oil and brown the garlic and broccoli for 2 minutes.
Add the chicken and pasta, mix and let cook for 1 minute more. Cut the red pepper into thin strips and incorporate it.
Remove the clove of garlic and add the Parmesan cheese. Mix and serve.
