Pasta with Cold Cuts

Do you have leftover cold cuts from the snack? Use them in this easy and quick recipe.

  • 200 grams pasta, al dente
  • 1/2 containers tomato purée
  • 1/2 sour cream
  • 4 slices salami, in pieces
  • 4 slices pepperoni, in pieces
  • 4 slices serrano ham, in pieces
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
  • 1 cheese, grated
  • 1 salt
  • 1 ground black pepper
  • 1 oregano

  • Make the pasta following the package instructions.
  • While the pasta is cooking, in another pot or pan, add the olive oil. When it's hot, add the cold cuts to brown.
  • When everything is well browned, add the tomato puree, the cream, and the green onion.
  • Once everything is combined, season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  • When it’s hot and starts to bubble, pour it over the pasta, mix, add some grated cheese, and serve.
