200 grams pasta, al dente
1/2 containers tomato purée
1/2 sour cream
4 slices salami, in pieces
4 slices pepperoni, in pieces
4 slices serrano ham, in pieces
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
1 cheese, grated
1 salt
1 ground black pepper
1 oregano

Make the pasta following the package instructions.
While the pasta is cooking, in another pot or pan, add the olive oil. When it's hot, add the cold cuts to brown.
When everything is well browned, add the tomato puree, the cream, and the green onion.
Once everything is combined, season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
When it’s hot and starts to bubble, pour it over the pasta, mix, add some grated cheese, and serve.
