  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups onion, in strips
  • 1/4 cups yellow bell pepper, in strips
  • 1/4 cups red bell pepper, in strips
  • 500 grams ground meat
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, sliced

  • 500 grams fusilli pasta, cooked
  • parsley, finely chopped

  • Sauté the garlic, onion, and bell peppers in a pan with oil for 3 minutes, then add the ground beef, salt, and pepper and cook for 7 minutes or until the meat is thoroughly cooked. Set aside.
