Make the mixture of cream with chipotle, heat in a pan and add 1/2 cup of milk. Season with garlic powder and chicken bouillon.
Chop the salmon into small pieces and fry for 2 minutes with the onion. Season with salt and pepper, add 1/2 cup of milk, cover for a few minutes until cooked.
