Penne Pasta with Salmon in Chipotle Cream

A light pasta with a lot of flavor, added with salmon and a creamy and spicy chipotle sauce that will make it many people's favorite dish. Prepare it every chance you get and delight everyone with its taste.

  • 250 grams pasta, penne
  • 250 grams pasta, elbow
  • 1/2 cups salsa, chipotle
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bullion
  • 1 tablespoon ground garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 150 grams salmon
  • 4 eggs, cooked
  • 900 milliliters low-fat cream
  • 1/2 glasses light milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

  • Cook the pasta for 10 minutes or until al dente.
  • Make the mixture of cream with chipotle, heat in a pan and add 1/2 cup of milk. Season with garlic powder and chicken bouillon.
  • Chop the salmon into small pieces and fry for 2 minutes with the onion. Season with salt and pepper, add 1/2 cup of milk, cover for a few minutes until cooked. Finally, add chipotle sauce (1 tablespoon), stir, and remove from heat.
  • Serve the pasta, add the cream, and the salmon at the end along with the boiled eggs.
