Penne Pasta with Salmon in Chipotle Cream

A light pasta with a lot of flavor, added with salmon and a creamy sauce and chipolte picosita that will make it the favorite dish of many. Prepare it at every opportunity you have and delight everyone with its flavor.

  • 250 grams pasta, penne
  • 250 grams pasta, of coditos
  • 1/2 cups sauce, chipotle
  • 1 tablespoon chicken consommé
  • 1 tablespoon ground garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 150 grams Salmon
  • 4 eggs, cooked
  • 900 milliliters light cream
  • 1/2 glasses milk light
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oil


Cook the pasta for 10 minutes or until it is al dente.
Make the mixture of the cream with the chipotle, heat in a pan and add 1/2 glass of milk. Season with ground garlic and chicken broth.
Chop the salmon into pieces and fry for 2 minutes with the onion. Season with salt and pepper, add 1/2 glass of milk, cover for a few minutes until cooked. Finally, add chipotle sauce (1 tablespoon), stir and remove from heat.
Serve the pasta, add the cream, and the salmon at the end along with the boiled eggs.


Decorate with a mint leaf.
