Rigatoni accompanied by meatballs in a red sauce based on Prego® Traditional Sauce, with a spicy touch of árbol chili and sprinkled with goat cheese and fresh basil. The best recipe!
Heat water over high heat in a deep pot until boiling, add the package of Rigatoni pasta. Cook, drain, and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Cook the onion and garlic until translucent, add the árbol chili, basil, goat cheese, and Prego® Traditional Sauce. Set aside.
Form small meatballs with the ground meat and add to the sauce. Cook for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Season and set aside.
Incorporate the pasta into the previous mixture and mix very well.
Serve the pasta, finishing with parmesan cheese and basil.
