1 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 carrot, finely chopped
1 tablespoon oregano
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 cup dry white wine
750 grams tomato

1 canned tomato
1 package spaghetti

Heat a skillet, add the meat, onion, garlic, and carrot. Cook until the meat is almost cooked through.
Add the oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the canned tomatoes, chopped tomatoes, and tomato puree. Pour in the white wine and let it boil; the sauce will change to a darker color.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. After that time, the sauce will be thick.
Cook the pasta as indicated on the package.
Drain the pasta, serve it on a plate, and top with sauce.
