The Bolognese pasta is an irresistible dish as well as being very nutritious because it contains all the food groups.


6 portions
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 carrot, minced
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 750 grams tomtato
  • garlic
  • 1 can tomato puree
  • 1 canned tomato
  • 1 package spaghetti


Heat a pan add the meat, onion, garlic, carrot. Cook until the meat is almost cooked.
Add the oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Add the tinned tomatoes, the chopped tomatoes and the tomato puree. Pour the white wine and let it boil, the sauce will change color to a darker one.
Cover and cook over low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally so it does not stick. After that time the sauce will be thick.
Cook the pasta as indicated on the package.
Drain the pasta, serve on a plate and put sauce on top.

receta mal explicada o incompleta. No dice en qué momento se agrega el vino blanco ni tampoco los 750 grs. de jitomate que supongo es jitomate natural picado. ¿La cucharadita de orégano y el 1/4 de cucharadita de orégano son lo mismo o son dos cantidades diferentes para diferente propósito? gracias por su atención.

losingredientes muy buenos me parese que esta buena solo que dos horas en lalumbre meparese mas que exajerado
