Now, check the sauce. Add the carrots, which you have previously grated. Then, add half a cup of the noodle broth.
Let the sauce cook.
Finally, pour the sauce into the pasta pot and stir well. Once ready, serve immediately. Grate the parmesan cheese and it's done.
