Spaghetti in Cream Sauce with Walnuts

  • In a saucepan, boil water and coarse salt, add the pasta, and cook the pasta. When cooked, remove it and run it under cold water. Set aside.
  • In another saucepan, melt the butter and add the sliced green onions. When the green onions are translucent, we can add the other ingredients.
  • Lower the heat and gradually add the milk and cream until it reaches a cheese-like consistency. Keep stirring and add the chicken broth.
  • When the cream is ready, add the pasta and stir gently.
