Spaghetti with Mushroom Cream and Chicken

  • 1 package pasta, al dente
  • 4 chicken cutlets, grilled
  • 250 grams white button mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cups chicken bullion
  • parsley
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt

  • Put a pan over medium heat and fry the onion with the mushrooms.
  • Blend the milk with half of the mushrooms and the cornstarch.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter and add what was blended, season with the consommé and salt to taste, let it simmer on low heat for 15 minutes or until it thickens. Add the cream and incorporate until it becomes a smooth cream.
  • When it comes to a boil again, add the spaghetti, chicken, and remaining mushrooms so they are covered with the cream and it will be ready to serve.
