Spaghetti with Mushroom Sauce

  • 500 grams spaghetti, (one package)
  • 1 cup whole milk, for the sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, for the sauce
  • 1 cup canned mushroom, drained, for the sauce
  • 3/4 cups whipping cream, for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups celery, in small cubes
  • 1 cup button mushrooms, laminated for the pasta
  • salt, for the pasta
  • pepper, for the pasta
  • 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped for the pasta
  • oregano, for decoration

  • In a small pot with hot water, cook the spaghetti for 8 minutes, drain, and set aside.
  • Blend the whole milk, cream cheese, canned mushrooms, heavy cream, and onion powder until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  • In a small saucepan with butter, cook the garlic with the celery until they change color, add the mushrooms, the spaghetti, and the sauce; mix and season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Cover and cook for 8 minutes or until the mushrooms are cooked.
  • Serve in a deep plate, garnish with oregano, and enjoy!
