1 package spaghetti
200 grams bacon, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 red onions, finely chopped
1/2 kilos medium-sized shrimp, washed and butterflied
cognac, or brandy for flambéing
1/2 sticks unsalted butter
parsley , finely chopped for garnish

Heat the water and when it boils, add the spaghetti with the oil and salt. Drain very well.
In a hot skillet, add the bacon and fry until lightly browned; add the garlic, onion, and shrimp for 5 minutes or until cooked.
Add the cognac and flambé the shrimp.
Add the pasta and butter, mix until combined and cook for 3 more minutes.
