Ingredients

4 portions
  • oils, and salt to cook the pasta
  • 1 package spaghetti
  • 200 grams bacon, chopped fine
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 red onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 kilos medium shrimp, washed and open type butterfly
  • cognac, or Brandy to flame
  • 1/2 sticks butter
  • parsley, chopped fine to decorate

Preparation

Heat the water and when it boils, add the spaghetti with the oil and salt. It runs very well.
In a hot pan add the bacon and fry until lightly browned; Add the garlic, onion and shrimp for 5 minutes or until cooked.
Add the cognac and flames the shrimp.
Add the pasta and butter, mix until it is well integrated and cook for 3 more minutes.

PRESENTATION

To know that the pasta is al dente you only have to cut the pasta in half and this should have a white dot in the center.

TIPS

You can add a little acid cream to make it creamier.
