1 beet, cooked
250 grams panela cheese
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar reduction
1/4 tablespoons rosemary
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper
2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Cut the panela cheese and the previously cooked beet into medium cubes.
In a bowl, place the beet and panela cheese.
Add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, orange juice, rosemary, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
