Beet Salad with Cheese

There’s nothing better than a beet salad with cheese for these hot days.

  • 1 beet, cooked
  • 250 grams panela cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar reduction
  • 1/4 tablespoons rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

  • Cut the panela cheese and the previously cooked beet into medium cubes.
  • In a bowl, place the beet and panela cheese.
  • Add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, orange juice, rosemary, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
