500 grams spinach, well washed and dried
1/2 sticks margarine
50 grams walnuts, chopped
50 grams pine nuts
50 grams raisins
50 grams almonds
4 slices deli ham, or bacon
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

In a skillet, heat the butter along with the garlic, stir, and almost immediately add the sliced ham or bacon.
Wait until the garlic releases a pleasant aroma and add the previously washed and cut spinach strips.
Wait for the spinach to reduce considerably and add the raisins along with the other nuts.
Put on a platter and enjoy
