Catalan-style Spinach

Delicious mixture of spinach and nuts that will delight your family!

  • 500 grams spinach, well washed and dried
  • 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 50 grams walnuts, chopped
  • 50 grams pine nuts
  • 50 grams raisins
  • 50 grams almonds
  • 4 slices deli ham, or bacon
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

  • In a skillet, heat the butter along with the garlic, stir, and almost immediately add the sliced ham or bacon.
  • Wait until the garlic releases a pleasant aroma and add the previously washed and cut spinach strips.
  • Wait for the spinach to reduce considerably and add the raisins along with the other nuts.
  • Put on a platter and enjoy
