In a skillet, heat the butter along with the garlic, stir, and almost immediately add the sliced ham or bacon. Wait until the garlic releases a pleasant aroma and add the previously washed and cut spinach strips. Wait for the spinach to reduce considerably and add the raisins along with the other nuts. Put on a platter and enjoy
