Clean the chicken breast very well, dry it and cut it into strips.
In a deep bowl, mix the bread crumbs with a spoonful of Knorr® Chicken Broth.
Pass each strip of chicken through the beaten egg and the mixture of bread crumbs.
Cook in a hot pan with a little oil until golden brown.
Place the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and on top of the breaded chicken strips on a platter.
To make the vinaigrette, mix the vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, cilantro, garlic and pepper to taste. Mix with a fork until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Add the vinaigrette on top of the salad.
