Clean the chicken breast very well, dry it, and cut it into strips.
In a deep bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with one tablespoon of Knorr® Chicken Broth.
Dip each strip of chicken in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumb mixture.
Cook in a hot skillet with a little oil until golden brown.
On a platter, place the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and top with the breaded chicken strips.
To make the vinaigrette, mix the vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, cilantro, garlic, and pepper to taste. Mix with a fork until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Add the vinaigrette on top of the salad.
