Ingredients: 1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon; 2 cups lettuce, chopped; 1 cup cherry tomato, cut in half; 1 cup cucumber, sliced; 1 chicken breast, flattened and cut into strips; 1 egg, lightly beaten; 2 cups breadcrumbs; 1/2 cups olive oil; 4 tablespoons vinegar; 2 tablespoons lime juice; 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro; 1 clove garlic, finely chopped; pepper, to taste; vegetable oil, for frying
