Caesar Salad with Chicken

  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 1 canned anchovy
  • 1 egg, warm
  • 1/2 cloves garlic, grated
  • lime juice, grated
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • pepper
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 bolillo roll, from the previous day, sliced and fried
  • 1 boneless chicken breast
  • pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste

  • Blend the anchovies, egg, garlic, lemon, oil, salt, and pepper in a blender. Add to the previously washed and dried lettuce.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet with a little olive oil and at the end sprinkle some parmesan cheese.
  • Cut the chicken breast into strips.
  • Arrange the chicken strips on the salad, sprinkle parmesan cheese, and garnish with the fried bread.
