1 romaine lettuce
1 canned anchovy
1 egg, warm
1/2 cloves garlic, grated
lime juice, grated
1/2 cups olive oil
pepper
1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
1 bolillo roll, from the previous day, sliced and fried
1 boneless chicken breast
pepper, to taste
salt, to taste

Blend the anchovies, egg, garlic, lemon, oil, salt, and pepper in a blender. Add to the previously washed and dried lettuce.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet with a little olive oil and at the end sprinkle some parmesan cheese.
Cut the chicken breast into strips.
Arrange the chicken strips on the salad, sprinkle parmesan cheese, and garnish with the fried bread.
