Ingredients: 1 romaine lettuce; 1 canned anchovy; 1 egg, warm; 1/2 cloves garlic, grated; lime juice, grated; 1/2 cups olive oil; pepper; 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated; 1 bolillo roll, from the previous day, sliced and fried; 1 boneless chicken breast; pepper, to taste; salt, to taste

Blend the anchovies, egg, garlic, lemon, oil, salt, and pepper in a blender. Add to the previously washed and dried lettuce. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet with a little olive oil and at the end sprinkle some parmesan cheese.
