2 tablespoons sunflower oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce, low in sodium
50 grams cashews, toasted
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
3 ginger, finely chopped
200 grams vermicelli noodle, (previously cooked ramen pasta)

For the crispy chicken, marinate the duck breasts in sunflower oil and soy sauce for 3-4 minutes.
Heat a skillet and fry the chicken strips until they are crispy and golden brown.
For the dressing, add the chili and ginger, mixing the cashews with sunflower oil, vinegar, and chopped ginger in a bowl.
For the salad, mix the pasta and mango in a bowl.
