Baby Spinach Salad with Granola

Prepare this simple and healthy baby spinach salad with granola. It is made with Kellogg’s® Ancient Grains Granola; sunflower seeds, amaranth, and raisins that add a delicious flavor to the salad.

  • 1 cup Kellogg’S® granola ancestral grains; sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cups mango
  • 1/2 cups jicama
  • 1/4 cups strawberries

  • Wash and disinfect the baby spinach. Dry it and cut it into small pieces. You can do this with your hands; this way, the baby spinach will not oxidize.
  • Cut the ends off the mango and make horizontal and vertical cuts along it, then open it and run the knife along the base of each square. Add the mango to the baby spinach.
  • Wash and disinfect the strawberries, remove the stem, and slice them. Mix the strawberries with the rest of the salad. Add Kellogg’s® Ancient Grains Granola; sunflower seeds, amaranth, and raisins, and mix to incorporate the ingredients and serve.
