Baby Spinach Salad with Granola

Prepare this simple and healthy baby spinach salad with granola. This one made with Granola Kellogg's® Ancient Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins that brings a delicious flavor to the salad.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup Kellogg’S® granola ancestral grains; sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cups mango
  • 1/2 cups jicama
  • 1/4 cups strawberry

Preparation

Wash and disinfect baby spinach. Dry it and cut it into small pieces. You can do it with your hands, in this way baby spinach will not rust.
Cut the ends of the handle and cut lines horizontally and vertically, open it and pass the knife through the base of each frame. Add mango to baby spinach.
Wash and disinfect the strawberries, remove the stem and cut them into slices. Mix the strawberries with the rest of the salad. Add Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins, mix to incorporate the ingredients and serve.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with the vinaigrette that you like the most.
