Greek Salad with Balsamic Dressing

  • 225 grams table cream
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoons fine herbs
  • 1 escarole lettuce, Washed and chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 cucumbers, Peeled, pitted, and in half moons.
  • 1/2 cups black olives, Boneless and sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomato, Cut in half
  • 1 cup green onion stalks, Cut into strips
  • 1 cup cream cheese, Crumble

  • Blend the half cream, cream cheese, yogurt, vinegar, fine herbs, and garlic salt. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix the lettuce, tomatoes, olives, green onion tops, crumbled cheese, and 1/2 cup of the previously prepared dressing.
  • Serve and accompany with dressing to taste.
