225 grams table cream
1/2 cups cream cheese
1/2 cups Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoons fine herbs
1 escarole lettuce, Washed and chopped.
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cucumbers, Peeled, pitted, and in half moons.
1/2 cups black olives, Boneless and sliced
1 cup cherry tomato, Cut in half
1 cup green onion stalks, Cut into strips
1 cup cream cheese, Crumble
Preparation

Blend the half cream, cream cheese, yogurt, vinegar, fine herbs, and garlic salt. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the lettuce, tomatoes, olives, green onion tops, crumbled cheese, and 1/2 cup of the previously prepared dressing.
Serve and accompany with dressing to taste.
