  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 1 cup peppermint, disinfected
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper, ground
  • 1/2 cups Splenda, granulated
  • 2 zucchinis, medium
  • 3 sprigs celery, disinfected
  • 1 avocado, medium
  • 1 goat cheese, 120 grams
  • 6 cups lettuce, organic

  • Salad: Cut the zucchini into thin slices.
