Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1 cup Mint leaf, disinfected
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper, milled
  • 1/2 cups Splenda, granulated
  • 2 zucchini, medium
  • 3 branches celery, disinfected
  • 1 avocado, medium
  • 1 goat cheese, 120 grams
  • 6 cups lettuce, organic

Preparation

Dressing: Mix all the ingredients well in a blender.
Salad: Cut the zucchini into thin slices.
Slicing celery and avocado.
Crumble the goat cheese.
Manually cut the lettuce into strips and mix it with the mint and lemon dressing until well covered.
Add the zucchini and celery and a little more dressing.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a salad bowl and sprinkle with the goat cheese, crumbled.
