1 1/2 cups nopal, previously cooked

250 grams queso fresco, in cubes
5 leaves lettuce

For the vinaigrette: mix the oil with the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
In a bowl, add the onion, tomato, and nopal, incorporate the vinaigrette, and mix. Let it marinate for two hours.
Serve on lettuce leaves and alfalfa.
Garnish with cubes of fresh cheese and avocado slices. Enjoy.
