Creamy Pasta Salad with Salmon

Try this delicious creamy pasta with salmon that has the unique touch of Hellmann's® mayonnaise, which makes it unique and different from all salads. Best of all, it has a colorful presentation and a unique flavor.

  • 200 grams fusilli pasta, (1 package)
  • 1 tablespoon pitted olives
  • 2 salmon fillet, 150 g each
  • 1/4 cups red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups corn kernels
  • 6 asparagus, cooked, in small pieces
  • 1 avocado, cut into medium cubes
  • 1/2 cups cherry tomato, in halves
  • 1/4 cups olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cucumbers, in shell, diced
  • 1/2 cups panela cheese, in cubes
  • 4 tablespoons Hellmann's® mayonnaise dressing with olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chile seeds, or crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • fresh dill, to decorate

  • Cook the fusilli in a pot of boiling water until cooked. Drain and cool.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and cook the salmon fillets until cooked through. Remove and crumble with the help of two forks. Booking.
  • In a bowl, mix the fusilli with the red onion, the corn, the asparagus, the avocado, the tomatoes, the olives, the cucumber, the cheese and carefully integrate the salmon.
  • Add the Hellmann's® Mayonnaise Olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, chili seeds and season with Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth. Mix very well until everything is completely integrated.
  • Serve the salad and decorate with fresh dill.
