Creamy Pasta Salad with Salmon

Try this delicious creamy pasta with salmon that has the unique touch of Hellmann's® mayonnaise, which makes it unique and different to all salads. Best of all, it has a colorful presentation and an unparalleled flavor.

Ingredients

  • enough of Water
  • 200 grams of fusilli pasta (1 package)
  • 1 tablespoon of boneless olive
  • 2 pieces of salmon fillet 150 gc / u
  • 1/4 of Cup of purple Onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of a grain of corn
  • 6 pieces of asparagus cooked, in small pieces
  • 1 piece of avocado cut into medium cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of cherry tomato in halves
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive sliced
  • 1/4 of piece of cucumber with peel, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of Panela cheese in cubes
  • 4 spoonfuls of Hellmann's® Mayonnaise Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoonful of chili seeds or crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoonful of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • to taste of fresh dill to decorate

    Preparation

    Cook the fusilli in a pot with boiling water until it is cooked. Drain and cool.
    In a pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil and cook the salmon fillets until they are cooked. Remove and crumble with the help of two forks. Reservation.
    In a bowl, mix the fusilli with the purple onion, the corn, the asparagus, the avocado, the tomatoes, the olives, the cucumber, the cheese and carefully integrate the salmon.
    Add Maymann's Hellmann's® Olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, chili seeds and season with Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth. Mix very well until everything is completely integrated.
    Serve the salad and decorate with fresh dill.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the pasta in a bowl and garnish with fresh dill.

    TIPS

    You can use smoked salmon if you prefer. Just integrate it with the salad.
