In a pot, bring 3 liters of water to a boil with salt (one tablespoon of salt), and when it starts to boil, add the pasta. Wait until it is cooked, place it in a strainer, rinse with cold water, and let it drain.
In a mixing bowl, place the pasta (already cold) and add the following ingredients: green, red, and yellow bell peppers, and mix in small strips of ham.
Add the two cans of cream and mayonnaise to the blender to mix them.
All of this is mixed with the pasta, bell peppers, and ham, and placed in the refrigerator for half an hour before enjoying it.
To serve the pasta, place lettuce at the base of the plate, put the pasta in the center, and decorate the edges with star fruit slices.
