Ranch salad with Turkey Breast

  • 3 liters water, to cook the pasta
  • 1 cup elbow pasta
  • 1 tablespoon salt, to cook the pasta
  • 1 cup plain yogurt, without sugar, for dressing
  • 2 tablespoons chives, for dressing
  • 1 tablespoon dill, for dressing
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder, for dressing
  • 1 tablespoon onion, in flakes, for dressing
  • 1/2 cups parsley, for dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar, for dressing
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, low fat, for dressing
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 package Virginia FUD® Cuida-t + turkey breast
  • 1 cup cucumber, cut into small cubes with shell
  • 1/2 cups tomato, cut into small cubes without seeds
  • 1 cup carrot, cooked, cubed
  • 1 cup celery, cut into cubes
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

  • Heat a pot with water until it reaches a boiling point, cook the pasta with salt until it is al dente. Strain, cool and reserve.
  • For the dressing, in a bowl mix the ingredients of the ranch dressing until they are well incorporated, season with salt and pepper. Reservation.
  • On a board, dice the Virginia FUD® Turkey-T + Turkey Breast and mix with the cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, pasta and dressing. Season with salt and pepper and serve with lettuce leaves.
