1/2 cups tomato, cut into small cubes without seeds
1 cup carrot, cooked, cubed
1 cup celery, cut into cubes
1 pinch salt and pepper

Heat a pot with water until it reaches a boiling point, cook the pasta with salt until it is al dente. Strain, cool and reserve.
For the dressing, in a bowl mix the ingredients of the ranch dressing until they are well incorporated, season with salt and pepper. Reservation.
On a board, dice the Virginia FUD® Turkey-T + Turkey Breast and mix with the cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, pasta and dressing. Season with salt and pepper and serve with lettuce leaves.
