Ranch Salad with Turkey Breast

Prepare this simple and delicious creamy elbow pasta salad with a rich homemade ranch dressing. It includes a mix of turkey breast with cucumber, tomato, and carrot, served on a bed of lettuce. Easy and delicious.

  • 3 liters water, for cooking the pasta
  • 1 cup elbow pasta
  • 1 tablespoon salt, for cooking the pasta
  • 1 cup plain yogurt, sugar-free, for dressing
  • 2 tablespoons chives, for dressing
  • 1 tablespoon dill, for dressing
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder, for dressing
  • 1 tablespoon onion, in flakes, for dressing
  • 1/2 cups parsley, for dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar, for dressing
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, low-fat, for dressing
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 package Virginia FUD® Cuida-t + turkey breast
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced small with skin
  • 1/2 cups tomato, diced small without seeds
  • 1 cup carrot, cooked, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

  • Heat a pot with water until it comes to a boil, cook the pasta with salt until al dente. Drain, cool, and set aside.
  • For the dressing, in a bowl mix the ranch dressing ingredients until well combined, season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • On a cutting board, dice the Virginia FUD® Cuida-t+ Turkey Breast and mix with the cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, pasta, and dressing. Season with salt and pepper and serve with lettuce leaves.
