  • 1/4 cups serrano ham, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon old style mustard
  • 3 tablespoons cranberries
  • 1 cup candied pecans, finely chopped
  • 2 cups red sangria lettuce, chopped, washed, and sanitized
  • 2 cups butterhead lettuce, chopped, washed, and sanitized
  • 1 cup arugula, chopped, washed, and sanitized
  • 1/4 cups raspberries
  • 1/4 cups blueberries
  • 1/4 cups blackberries

  • For the vinaigrette, blend the balsamic vinegar, mustard, rosemary, water, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. While blending, gradually add Oli de Nutrioli® extra virgin olive oil and continue blending until emulsified.
  • In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, serrano ham, ancient mustard, and blueberries. Form small balls with your hands and roll them in the caramelized walnuts.
  • In a salad bowl, gently mix the lettuces with arugula, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and goat cheese balls.
  • Serve the salad with the vinaigrette.
