Spinach and Goat Cheese Salad

Delicious and super healthy, the ingredients combine perfectly to achieve an exquisite flavor and texture. It is also excellent to accompany any poultry or fish dish.

  • 300 grams spinach
  • 50 grams goat cheese, crumbled or in small balls
  • 50 grams walnuts
  • 100 grams dried cranberries
  • 250 grams turkey bacon, chopped
  • 10 milliliters balsamic vinegar
  • 50 milliliters extra virgin olive oil

  • Mix the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar and set aside.
  • Place 1/4 of the spinach on a salad plate.
  • Add small balls or crumbles of goat cheese, sprinkle walnuts or almonds, then a quarter of the blueberries, a little bacon, and serve with the vinaigrette.
