Ingredients

4 portions
  • 300 grams baby spinach
  • 50 grams goat cheese, crumbled or in balls
  • 50 grams walnut
  • 100 grams dehydrated cranberry
  • 250 grams turkey bacon, chopped
  • 10 milliliters balsamic vinegar
  • 50 milliliters extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Mix the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar and reserve.
Place 1/4 of the spinach on a salad plate.
Add balls or goat cheese moronitas, sprinkle nuts or almonds, then a quarter of the blueberries, a little bacon and serve with the vinaigrette.

TIPS

If you wish you can add very thin segments of pear or apple. They can also make a sandwich with the same ingredients, being able to add roasted chicken breast or panela cheese, turkey breast ham, etc. and instead of vinaigrette spread the bread with a bit of mayonnaise in one lid and the goat cheese in the other.
