Tuna Salad in Avocado

Delicious tuna salad inside an avocado. A great recipe for Lent.

1 bunch parsley

2 cans tuna
2 Avocados from México
2 limes
3 tablespoons white vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper

Finely chop the deseeded tomato, onion, and parsley and mix in a bowl.
Add the tuna to the bowl and season with lemon juice, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Cut the avocados in half and place a few drops of lemon on them to prevent browning.
Fill the avocados with the tuna salad.
