Cold Tuna Salad

A delicious salad that should never be missing from the refrigerator; it is very easy and practical. Everyone loves tuna, and this time it is served cold with crackers or in a sandwich. It is ideal for taking to the office or sending for lunch with the kids.

  • 4 cans tuna
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cups dressing, ranch
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 bag vegetable, frozen (peas and carrots)
  • 1 can ear corn, golden
  • salt, to taste

  • The cans of tuna and corn should be well rinsed under running water and dried before opening. Once opened, drain the water. Put the frozen vegetables to thaw.
  • In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, cream, ranch dressing, and mustard.
  • Once this mixture is made, add the tuna without stirring too much.
  • Incorporate the peas, carrots, and corn kernels.
  • Add salt if necessary.
  • Refrigerate until serving time.
