1 kilo tuna steak
45 milliliters olive oil
2 tablespoons sea salt
pepper
100 lime juice
30 milliliters soy sauce
5 milliliters Tabasco sauce
2 avocados
100 grams red onion, finely chopped
4 cups butterhead lettuce, in pieces

Marinate the tuna steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Sear the steaks in a very hot pan for only 1 minute on each side to achieve a cooked exterior but raw interior.
In a deep bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and soy sauce.
Cut the avocado into cubes and add to the dressing.
Cut the tuna into slices and place on top of the lettuce.
Add the red onion and dressing and serve.
