1 kilo tuna steak
45 milliliters olive oil
2 tablespoons sea salt
pepper
100 lime juice
30 milliliters soy sauce
5 milliliters Tabasco sauce
2 avocados
100 grams red onion, finely chopped
4 cups butterhead lettuce, in pieces

Marinade the tuna steaks with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Seal the fillets in a very hot pan just 1 minute on each side to ensure they are cooked on the outside but raw inside.
In a deep bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and soy.
Cut the avocado into cubes and add to the dressing.
Cut the tuna into slices and place over the lettuce.
Add the purple onion and the dressing and serve.
