1/4 cups vegetable oil
1 garlic, clove
2 dried árbol chiles, seedless
15 chipotle chiles, capon, deveined and seedless
1/4 cups peanuts, peeled and unsalted
1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon

Heat the oil and fry the garlic, chiles, and peanuts until golden without burning.
Blend the above with water and one tablespoon of Knorr® Suiza Chicken Bouillon until there are no large lumps.
Serve.
