Capon Chile and Peanut Sauce

Delicious sauce to accompany your dishes, it's perfect for fish and seafood as the oils from the peanuts and the spiciness of the combination of chiles are the perfect match to delight your palate.

  • 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 garlic, clove
  • 2 dried árbol chiles, seedless
  • 15 chipotle chiles, capon, deveined and seedless
  • 1/4 cups peanuts, peeled and unsalted
  • 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon

  • Heat the oil and fry the garlic, chiles, and peanuts until golden without burning.
  • Blend the above with water and one tablespoon of Knorr® Suiza Chicken Bouillon until there are no large lumps.
  • Serve.
