225 grams dark chocolate, in pieces
1 cup whipping cream
3/4 cups sugar
1/3 cups corn syrup, Karo
1/4 cups butter
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla essence
1/8 tablespoons salt

In a large pot, mix the cream and sugar and cook over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the chocolate, honey, and butter, and cook on low heat, stirring until everything has melted and combined.
Remove from heat and add the vanilla and salt.
Allow to cool to room temperature and transfer to sauce containers, store in refrigeration.
