225 grams dark chocolate, in pieces
1 cup whipping cream
3/4 cups sugar
1/3 cups corn syrup, Karo
1/4 cups butter
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla essence
1/8 tablespoons salt

In a large pot, mix the cream and sugar and cook over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Add chocolate, honey and butter and cook over low heat until everything has melted and incorporated.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and salt.
Allow it to cool to room temperature and transfer to saucer containers, store in refrigeration.
