  • 2 cups Jumex® Único fresco® blueberry grape
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup meat drippings
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 1/2 cups red wine
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 600 grams beef tenderloin, whole
  • olive oil, for the beef loin
  • salad, for accompaniment

  • Pour a little olive oil, beef broth, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, red wine, garlic powder, and Jumex® Único Fresco® grape blueberry into a hot skillet. Whisk all the ingredients together and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until the liquids come to a boil.
  • Place the meat on a tray and drizzle with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper, then pour the glaze over it, cover with aluminum foil, and bake at 190 °C for 40 minutes.
  • Slice the beef loin, drizzle with the glaze sauce, and serve with mashed potatoes.
