Pour a little olive oil, beef broth, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, red wine, garlic powder, and Jumex® Único Fresco® grape blueberry into a hot skillet. Whisk all the ingredients together and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until the liquids come to a boil. Place the meat on a tray and drizzle with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper, then pour the glaze over it, cover with aluminum foil, and bake at 190 °C for 40 minutes.
