Basil Vinaigrette

You can make this vinaigrette to accompany salads based on lettuces and tomatoes.

  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoons garlic, crushed
  • 1/3 cups basil, fill, without much space
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • pepper

  • Put the vinegar, garlic, basil, half of the oil, salt, and pepper to taste in a blender. Blend until you notice that the basil leaves have been well incorporated into the mixture.
  • Add the remaining olive oil and blend at very low speed for a very short time just to emulsify the vinaigrette.
